Sales- and delivery terms
The below terms are intended for all purchase from private consumers on www.natureplanet.co.uk This site is owned by:
Payment can only be made via the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB Card, Eurocard, Diners.
The amount will be withdrawn when sending your product.
If there are multiple products on your order, and one or more of the products cannot be delivered right away, we will not withdraw the full amount on your account before sending the full order.
We only offer delivery within Europe. Any order for delivery outside Europe will be cancelled, and the full amount will be refunded to the buyer.
The products will be delivered within 2-4 working days after ordering.
Vi use GLS as our transport partner. All track and trace data will be coming from GLS.
We offer free delivery on all purchases above 60 GBP.
Right to cancel
You can cancel your order without any reason within 14 days. If you have purchased multiple products on an order, you can cancel 1 or more products if you wish to do so.
The deadline for cancelling your order expires 14 days after picking up your parcel at the parcel pick up station, or when the parcel is physically handed over to you by our transport partner.
How to cancel an order
You cancel an order by notifying Nature Planet that you wish to cancel and return your product. You can do that by email where you clearly state your order no. Please send your e-mail to email@example.com
You cannot cancel an order by rejecting to receive the order, or by not picking up the order at the parcel pick-up station.
Returning the products and return costs
If you want to return a product to us, you have to send your product or deliver it to Nature Planet, Stensgaardvej 9, 5500 Middelfart, DK-Denmark without any hesitation or delay, and by the latest 14 days after telling us you want to return your product.
Please contact Nature Planet by email firstname.lastname@example.org before returning your product, and we will give you a return no.
The costs of the return has to be covered by the sender of the product.
Refund when cancelling an order
When cancelling an order, we will refund all payments to you hereunder the additional costs for transport.
If you have bought multiple products on one order, and only want to cancel part of the order, we do not refund your transport costs.
We will refund the full amount without any delay and by the latest 14 days after the date, where we have received the information about you wanting to cancel the order. In case of you wanting to return a product to us, we will not refund the amount before we have received the products, or you have sent us valid documentation that the products have been sent
We will refund the full amount to the same credit card you have used when purchasing your products.
The condition of the products when returning
You are only responsible for any decrease of the value of the product, if you have handled or used the product in a way, which the product was not intended for.
When returning goods to us, you carry the full risk of the product. Make sure to wrap and secure the product before sending the package. Always keep the shipment receipt and a track/trace no.
